Utah Extended Family Photographer – Redford. Getting to see old neighbors after about thirteen years is nuts! I told Wendy that the last time I remember seeing them, her youngest had just been potty trained. He is now the tallest of them all! They are all grown up, two of them are married and have babies, and one is leaving for a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The joy of watching families grow! It is so incredibly magical. Maybe that is why I love being a photographer so much!
Extended families are much harder to get together, so when it happens, take advantage of that time and book a photography session! Extended family sessions are a little different than regular sessions. These sessions cost a little more, due to the amount of people included and images delivered. There are also less candid shots taken with how many different group shots need to happen. Group shots usually include, but are not limited to: the entire group, individual families, all kids from each individual families, each kid, each couple, grandkids with grandma and grandpa, original siblings, siblings with spouses. adults, etc.
It is chaos, but I love shooting extended families!
