In Home Newborn Session Outfits – Neutral. A good rule of thumb for In Home Sessions is to stick with neutrals! Sure, throw in a soft blue or sage green. I love that! But stick with muted shades and the neutrals you see before you now. This is important for many reasons:
First, you don’t want to distract from the newborn and family members. It’s not necessarily about the outfits during this session. It’s about the new, sweet baby that has joined your family and the relationships and love there.
Second, you are in your home. Depending on what colors and pieces you’ve used to decorate your home, neutrals will help make sure colors aren’t clashing. Pretty easy peasy if you ask me! I’m more or less just asking you to keep it simple.
