Guardsman Pass Summer Pictures – Forsey. This session was a dream. Sometimes, scheduling last minute in hopes of a green, summer session aligns perfectly. Nicole talked about wildflowers, but we both knew we missed them. Low and behold, my new favorite Utah mountain location still had them! Guys! This session was so late in the wildflower timeline, but with all the water this year and late blooming, we got so lucky to have yellow and purple little beauties all around.
Next up, lighting. The overcast lighting at the beginning made it possible for us to face every direction. It allowed the golden light shots and the possibility of seeing the mountains in the far background due to similar exposure. Such a dream!
And I cannot end without saying just how seriously beautiful and darling Nicole’s family is! It was a blast to get to know everyone’s personalities and let them just play and enjoy time together. That is what family photo sessions should be about!
