Christmas Tree Lot Pictures – Curtis
Christmas Tree Lot Pictures – The Curtis kiddos were troopers! Even if they don’t look cold, it was cold! No snow? No biggie. End of November is still so cold. I think the truck told me it was 21 when I pulled up to the tree lot and pulled on my hat and coat.
So, tips for Christmas tree lot sessions! I have a cream blanket that I always bring to sessions. Some families feel awful at the thought of dirtying my blanket, but it literally is all I use it for! I also bring hand warmers to tree lot minis. They are fun and entertaining for littles and also very practical for staying warm. Tree farm/lot minis are only 20 minutes, but I highly suggest either layering up or bringing coats/blankets to use when it’s not your turn to be in the photos.
One more suggestion: plan for snow! I honestly haven’t had a ton of snow during tree lot sessions, but it’s better to plan for snow and cold than come unprepared!
I would love to work with you! Contact me to find out more about planning a session. I promise we’ll have fun! To see more Utah Family Sessions like this cute one, follow along on the Instagram!
